returns + exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for refund or store credit for items unworn in their original condition and packaging when you email us within 5 days of receiving your item. 

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization number and mailing address. Please provide your order number when contacting us. The item must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the authorization number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom orders, personalized jewelry, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the refund is approved. Jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued for the purchase price, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email with photos of the issue at hello@houseofgracejewelry.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we are happy to help.

If you receive your order and an item just isn’t what you had hoped it would be and you would like to exchange for something different, please email us within 5 days of receiving and we can issue a credit for an exchange.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit valued at the purchase price will be sent to you.

RETURN SHIPPING

Prior to shipping, you must contact us at hello@houseofgracejewelry.com to receive a return authorization number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCEL AN ORDER

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of order placement IF the order has not shipped out before receiving your email. Please be aware that we do our best to ship out in-stock items within 48 hours of order placement Monday thru Friday. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible to see if items have been mailed yet. Once items are in the mail, we are unable to cancel orders.

JEWELRY REPAIR

Please contact us at hello@houseofgracejewelry.com if you have jewelry purchased within the past 60 days that needs repair and we will do our best to restore your piece to the quality we believe in. Repairs may take up to 4-6 weeks. If the same product is not available for exchange or repair, a credit will be issued to you to houseofgracejewelry.com.
