  • How quickly will my order ship out?
    Our goal is to ship out items we have in stock within 48 hours of receiving the order Monday thru Friday. Items that are 'Special Order', 'Back-ordered' or 'Pre-orders' can take several weeks. Please visit Shipping for more info.
  • Do you offer rush order options?
    Email us at prior to placing your order so we can check inventory for you, update you on how quickly we can send it out and discuss the possibility of shipping upgrades to speed up delivery if needed.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We accept cancellations within 48 hours of order placement IF the order has not shipped out before receiving your email. Please be aware that we do our best to ship out in-stock items within 48 hours of order placement Monday thru Friday. If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible to see if items have been mailed yet. Once items are in the mail, we are unable to cancel orders.
  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    We accept returns and exchanges for a refund or store credit for items unworn in their original condition and packaging when you email us within 5 days of receiving your item. For more info, visit Returns.
  • What is included in my package?
    We lovingly package your order with your jewelry placed in a pretty, fabric pouch inside one of our high quality jewelry boxes. If you order more than one item, each piece will be packaged separately with it's own pouch but within one box unless you make a note in the order of needing a box for each piece of jewelry.
    We also include a designed card with scripture or scripture reference for each specific piece along with a jewelry care card.
    We do not include invoices in any of our shipments- they are all electronically emailed when orders are placed.
  • I have several promo codes...can I use them all for one purchase?
    So sorry, our system only allows one promo code to be activated per transaction.
  • How do I care for my jewelry?

  • My jewelry broke. How do I have it repaired?
    Don't worry, we can help! Please contact us at if you have jewelry purchased within the past 60 days that needs repair and we will do our best to restore your piece to the quality we believe in. Repairs may take up to 4-6 weeks. If the same product is not available for exchange or repair, a credit will be issued to you to
  • What does 'hand-stamped' jewelry mean?
    Hand-stamped jewelry is crafted entirely by hand providing jewelry that is unique and one-of-a-kind. These pieces can be slightly different in appearance due to the hand crafted nature of the process giving slight variations in depth and placement of the stamped design.
  • What is my jewelry made of?
    House of Grace Jewelry is created using a variety of materials. Our pieces most commonly use sterling, brass or stainless steel as the base metal. Our jewelry is then plated in a thick layer of 14K gold and finished off with a protective, anti-tarnish top-coat that is electrolytically applied.
    Our jewelry is put together by hand, and as a result there can be slight variations in size, color and finishing of the materials...all part of the charm of handmade products!
  • Are pieces nickel free?
    House of Grace Jewelry is plated in 14K gold which is nickel free. We also finish our pieces with a protective, anti-tarnish top-coat that is electrolytically applied to protect the gold plating. While both the plating and anti-tarnish top-coat provide a barrier between your skin and the base metals underneath, we do not consider our items nickel free because the base layers can contain trace amounts of nickel. If you are sensitive to nickel or have metal allergies, plated jewelry may not be for you since plating can wear over extensive use.
  • Can I order a necklace with a different chain length?
    Absolutely! Please email us at to discuss lengthening or shortening a necklace chain prior to purchasing. Custom chain lengths will incur an additional charge and extended processing timeframe.
  • Can you help me pick out a gift for someone?

  • Can you gift wrap my order?
    If purchasing a gift shipped directly to the recipient, please make a note in the comment section when checking out and we will happily add a bow to one of our pretty jewelry boxes. We are also happy to add a note to the recipient....just leave your message for the recipient in the notes section.
    We offer upgraded wrapping options during certain celebrations and seasons like Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.
  • I would like to send this as a gift...can you include a note?
    Yes! Just leave your note to the recipient in the comment section in the shopping cart and we will gladly add your note to the gift.
  • Do you offer gift cards to House of Grace Jewelry?
    We do! Purchase an e-gift card here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
  • Who do I contact for auction or charity donations?
