We ship from the beautiful state of Colorado. Standard shipping is through USPS First Class. This can take 3-5 days on average, but sometimes it can take a bit longer. For 1-3 days shipping time, you may upgrade to USPS Priority mail.

Please take care when entering your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders marked “undeliverable” due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Any returned packages will be charged a re-shipping fee.
We utilize tracking on our shipping, and we are not liable for any lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
We know you are excited to get your jewelry and we are excited for you to have it!
While our goal is to ship out within 48 hours of order placement Monday thru Friday for items in stock, shipping will ultimately be determined by our current inventory.
Shipments will not be mailed on weekends, observed holidays or shop vacations announced on the homepage, and delays may be incurred during large promotional sales, events or holidays.
Most of our jewelry is made by hand with lots of love and some items must be sent for gold plating after assembly if they are special order or out-of-stock pieces. This typically takes several weeks. We aim to keep a certain amount of stock on hand so we can ship out quickly, but an influx in sales or popularity of a piece can shift inventory resulting in longer shipping times. These extended shipping times will usually be noted on items when adding them to your shopping cart.
To err on the safe side, please expect 2-3 weeks for items to ship out and we will work our hardest to have it to you much, much sooner.

PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS
If you have pre-ordered or back-ordered items within your order, the whole order will be place on hold and shipped together when the items are back in stock. Please reference the timeframe estimates stated for pre-orders and back-orders on the individual product pages.
